Media Account Executive

One of BC’s top media companies is rapidly growing and we’re looking for talented sales professionals to join our digital sales team. If you’re a Challenger Seller and excel in developing digital advertising solutions that work for your clients, we want to have a coffee with you. 

The Media Account Executive will be responsible for driving digital sales growth among new and existing clients, primarily within the Vancouver market. The ideal individual will be equal parts hunter and farmer and will have the ability to help clients understand the digital landscape while being able to confidently recommend the optimal digital strategy. This person will be comfortable walking a client through a complex digital solution over the phone or in a boardroom.

  • Develop high level partnerships with SMBs in the Vancouver market and act as their trusted digital marketing advisor

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets

  • Successfully deliver compelling presentations for our digital solutions

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics and secure long term business

  • Work collaboratively with a team to deliver an exceptional digital sales experience for our clients

  • Understand the competitive landscape and be able to appropriately position our solutions and services relative to competitors
  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas, preferably in the digital advertising space

  • Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of a digital marketing strategy with strong understanding of website development, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Display Advertising, Video and/or Brand Identity

  • Google Ads and Analytics certification is an asset

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
